Why Did I Choose Andarine?

Being in the fifties is very difficult because the body starts getting old and it also leads to some of the other health-related issues.

I am saying this from my personal experience. I am about to reach the age of 60 in a few months and I have experienced a lot of health-related issues in the past few years.

My doctor has told me that my weight is one of the factors of me being frequently unhealthy or unfit.

He advised me that I should somehow lose some weight so that I would not suffer much at more age. He also said that it would be an added benefit if I could gain some lean muscles.

I joined a nearby gym and also appointed a trainer to help me achieve my desired goals. I was following my gym schedule and my diet plans with proper care. After months of training along with a proper diet, I was unable to see any changes and felt as if I have been just wasting time.

I went to my trainer and shared my problem with him. He understood my problem. He mentioned that since my muscle memory is not yet built in terms of muscle gaining.

I will have to work hard and wait patiently for the results. Meanwhile, I need to take help from outside resources by adding a substance or two to my regular diet routine.

He then returned with a product named Andarine and told me that this supplement will help me lose weight as it will act as an additional push that my body needed.

Upon his suggestion, I took Andarine and started using it as per the recommendations.

Andarine's Dosage

Andarine is a form of SARMs that is available in powder form and its dosage depends on the intensity of training a person does. My trainer mentioned that the dosage of the supplement depends on certain criteria.

As a result, he introduced me to the following three levels of dosage:-

  • For beginners- The dosage for beginners is up to 25 mg per day.
  • Amateur bodybuilders- For an amateur, the dosage is up to 50 mg per day.
  • For professional or advanced bodybuilders- The dosage is up to 100 mg per day for an advanced bodybuilder.

I followed the given dosage and in the initial days, I used to take about 15-20 mg of the supplement with warm water per day. Slowly when I increased the workout intensity and then I increased the dosage to 30-40 mg per day.

After completing 2 months of hard training, I increased the dosage to 60-80 mg in a day. All these times I consulted my trainer first before increasing the dosage. Also, I did not skip even a single dose of the supplement.

My Consumption Results With Andarine

On the advice of my trainer, I started using Andarine and continued with my gym schedule and diet. The first few weeks I felt as if the supplement is doing nothing.

I was the same old me which always felt tired and worn out. I was not able to see any changes which my trainer was telling me would occur from using Andarine.

I asked for the same from my trainer. He said that it is a dietary product and not a magic pill that would work instantly. These supplements take time to settle in the body and then they show their effects. He told me to be patient and continue using Andarine without any worries.

Believing his words, I continued using Andarine. After about a month or two, I was still unable to see any changes. My trainer was telling me that the supplement would help me increase my strengths, reduce fat, and help me gain lean muscles. But none of the things happened.

Instead of benefiting from the product, I started to experience a few issues in the for of side effects.

These was insane amount of hair loss. My sleep cycles were impacted and I was generally prone to improper sleep at night. On top of that, my energy levels used to really go down after the gym session. There was a lack of energy.

On the other hand, my concentration levels saw a great decline.

  • Sudden Hair Loss

    One of the worst side effects that I experienced from using Andarine is that I started to experience sudden hair loss from using it. Earlier I had soft, long, and silky hairs. But after using the supplement for 3 months, now I have lost some hairs and also the hairs left are no more soft and silky. I am also experiencing patchy baldness.

  • Restless Nights

    Another side effect that I had using the supplement is that I used to have restless nights very often. There were times when I was unable to get proper sleep at the night. These conditions of restless nights started to occur when I started consuming Andarine. The effect of these restless nights was that my concentration levels were low the entire day and my workout sessions were also affecting me.

  • Fatigue

    Fatigue was another side effect that I was experiencing from using Andarine. The energy levels were lacking in me because of my restless nights. After starting to use the supplement, I was unable to get proper sleep and thus my energy levels remained low the entire day. All this affected my workout sessions and I was unable to have a proper fat loss.

  • Visual Issue At Night

    It was one of the strangest side effects that I experienced from using Andarine. Some days I used to have visual issues at night. Sometimes I used to see yellow tints which made night vision somewhat difficult.

Andarine Alternatives

After using Andarine for 3 months I was having a feeling that I am back to square one. Though the supplement did not help me in my weight loss process, still I did not lose any hope. I continued the gym sessions and my diet, without skipping them.

At this time I was having a chat with one of my gym buddies and while chatting, we stuck on the topic of the use of Andarine. I told her that I had used it for 3 months and still was unable to see any changes and now I am not sure of what should be done.

She just calmed me down and asked me to try the product named Andalean. At first, I refused her saying that I would not use any other supplement again.

On top of that, it sounds like it is just an elder cousin of Andarine. Hearing this, she burst into huge laughter.

She somehow controlled her laughter and told me that Andalean is not a supplement and it could work for me in a better way.

I made sure that I ask about this substance from a distant nephew who knew a little about bodybuilding and related stuff.

My nephew mentioned that according to him, Andalean does not seem to have any negative sides. As the manufacturers have stated that they have only used natural ingredients.

Hearing this, I accepted her advice and purchased Andalean from the official website. First I was not sure whether it would work for me or not.

But all my doubts got cleared in the first month of the use of this product. In the first month of using Andalean, I was able to feel some changes.

I was able to see some improvement in my energy levels and this resulted in better workout sessions. In this one month, I was able to lose a little weight. Though this weight loss was very less, it was better than what I experienced from using Andarine for 3 months.

Apart from having a weight loss, I am also able to feel some changes in my muscle mass. I can feel the pumps whenever I perform an intense workout.
