When I did not lose a single pound, I was pretty disappointed. The feeling was like that I got scammed or something. Hence, I shared these things with one of my best friends.

She suggested that I should check in with her dietitian. Her dietitian gave me an alternative to Burn XT and a schedule to follow with my diet.

She suggested that I should start using PhenQ which is one of the best fat burners present. As it will provide a push along with the changes in my diet schedule and plan.
